Is this remote?
Yes — 100% remote. Work from anywhere in the UK using our broker dashboard and CRM tools.
Is this salary-based?
No. Homer brokers are independent contractors paid purely on commission, with milestone bonuses on top.
How do commissions work?
You earn 30% of the Homer platform commission on every deal you close. A £5,000 platform fee pays you £1,500.
What can I sell?
Businesses, commercial properties, Airbnb rentals, SaaS, ecommerce stores, websites, AI tools and digital assets.
Do I need experience?
Sales or brokerage experience helps, but it's not required. We onboard motivated agents and provide marketing support.
How do payouts work?
Once a deal completes and the platform fee clears, your 30% is paid out via bank transfer. Milestone bonuses are added automatically at 5 and 10 closed deals.
